The Peanuts Movie: Snoopy’s Grand Adventure Released

In a world where most movies get a subpar mobile tie-in game it\’s nice to see an actual console version being released. And while I\’d rather see a movie like Guardians of the Galaxy or Jurassic World get a full fledged release and not a Disney Infinity 3 or Lego game, it\’s nice to see this game come out nonetheless. As you can probably guess this title is based on the movie of the same name that comes out November 6, 2015. It looks like a standard 2D platforming affair although the inclusion of co-op play is a nice touch. Everything looks faithful to the movie and the visuals kind of remind me of Yoshi\’s Wooly World, which isn\’t a bad thing. While this may seem like a quick cash grab I think it\’s a nice title to play with your kids/nieces/nephews or if you find it pulling on your nostalgia strings. It seems like it would be a cheery adventure and if we receive a review copy we\’ll let you know our thoughts. The Peanuts Movie: Snoopy\’s Grand Adventure is out now on PS4 and Xbox One for $49.99, Xbox 360 and Wii U for $39.99, and 3DS for $29.99.
