I’ll be the first to admin, PlayStation’s mobile app sucks. Well you can use the newly released site, My PlayStation. This new PSN hub allows players to have access to PlayStation Network features like allowing members to access, edit, and view their profiles without having to log into their consoles or the mobile app. You can also view your trophies, view and send/receive messages, and view/accept friend requests. The design is sleek, clean, and minimal (unlike the busy drawer at the bottom of the mobile app). Give it a shot and see what you think. Personally, this is the kind of design I’d love to see make it’s way to the app as the site looks great on mobile.
