The only way my inner child knows how to start this post is—FUCK YES! Everything about this game looks AMAZING! I have chills down my spine! My cat woke me up an hour and a half before work whining so I decided to go in the living room and fire up Mario & Luigi Paper Jam but this—I didn\’t expect this so early in the morning.

After teasing the \”official leak\” of their new TMNT game as seen in the tweet above the trailer was, ironically, leaked online while being uploaded to Xbox.com and posted by another website. Whoops! This prompted Activision to finally upload the official high quality version to their YouTube channel. We will be hearing an official press release later today, but this screencap taken from the Xbox site gives us some basic details.

The art style is gorgeous and really lends itself well to the Turtles original comic book roots. Speaking of comics it looks like you\’ll be battling a mix of foes spanning all forms of TMNT history from Armaggon to Bebop and Rocksteady and eventually Shredder. The voice acting is surprisingly well done and the combat and combo system look like they\’ll be a hell of a lot of fun. This looks like the TMNT game fans have been waiting for and deserved for a very very long time. I\’ll be covering this game in detail both pre and post release which looks to be Spring 2016 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
