Well it’s official! One of my favorite racing series is getting a remaster on PS4 and Xbox One! EA just announced (after months of rumors) that Burnout Paradise is gearing up to hit the open road on current gen consoles (sans Switch). The title will feature enhanced visuals with 60fps and 4K support. The remaster also includes the following content:

Burnout Bikes
Boost Special
Legendary Cars
Cagney Update
Toys
Cops & Robbers Pack
This is GREAT! PC owners will be getting the remastered title some time later this year while Switch has no announcement. This is a big bummer for me because I have fond memories tearing through the Road Rage mode on the PSP version and having a fully fledged title like this on the go would have been heaven. Keep a lookout in your rear view mirror as Burnout Paradise Remastered races to the finish line March 16 for $39.99.
