New Mirror’s Edge Videos Give Me LIFE

This past week, DICE released some new videos that I am SUPER excited to see. The original Mirror\’s Edge games was one of my favorites for last gen consoles, and it\’s sequel is one of the games I\’m most looking forward to playing this year. Mirror\’s Edge Catalyst is set to release May 24th, and now we have another taste of what\’s to come.

I am thrilled to hear about the sound engineering being such a huge part of the gameplay. Personally, I\’m hoping for Portal 2 levels of sound mixing coinciding with the actions you\’re performing in game. I think it adds another level of immersion, and if DICE can pull it off, this is looking like a game that I\’m not gonna want to stop playing. I can\’t wait to sink my teeth into this one.
