Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Nintendo debuted a fighter roster video showcasing when each character joined the series. Right away there’s no denying the beauty of the game and the smoothness of which it moves. The entire roster from previous games is present and Nintendo said eight player battles are returning and the process for unlocking characters is easier. Some characters have design chasers such as link being based on BoTW with remote detonating bombs and more. Final smashes are said to be quicker and more to the point so you can get back into the action. If you play as Pokémon Trainer, you can now pick a female for the first time which is nice to see. There are a lot of changes, so check them out in the video above. Daisy has been added to the roster as what Nintendo is calling an echo Fighter. Another new fighter is Inkling boy and girl from Splatoon with the Squid Sisters being added as an assist trophy. There are over 50 assist trophies along with new items and stages that have both stage formation types. Nintendo GameCube controllers can also be used on Switch and all Smash Bros amiibo figures are supported and your amiibo date from other games can be transferred. In a surprise announcement, Nintendo added Ridley as a playable character. Smash launches December 7, 2018.
