The Yakuza Team is Working on a New IP and SNK is Releasing a Neo-Geo Micro Console

  • Speaking in this week’s issue of Famitsu, Sega Sammy boss Haruki Satomi revealed that the Yakuza team have already begun work on an all-new IP that will hit “all major platforms”.

  • It was recently announced that the first Disgaea is receiving a remake, known as Disgaea Refine in Japan, will be called Disgaea 1 Complete here in the West. It will retail for $99 and include the following

  • The SNK brand is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and to mark this milestone and thank it’s fans, the Osaka-based game company is working on a “new game machine” that will feature a compilation of popular Neo-Geo games ala the NES Classic.

  • Deadpool 2 director David Leitch has set his sights on his next project, signing on to helm Ubisoft’s “The Division” movie starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain.

  • Rumor has it Switch’s Pokémon title has been in localization since February under the codename “Project Beluga” and is targeting a 2018 release date.
